WHEN you're a British tourist visiting Melbourne for the first time what’s the one thing you do? Visit Ramsay St, of course, and superstar Adele was no different.
The 28-year-old performed two sellout shows at Etihad Stadium on the weekend to more than 150,000 people.
Today she posted a picture to Instagram of herself in Pin Oak Court, Vermont South, the street where Neighbours is filmed.
And on the weekend the Grammy and Oscar winner posted a picture of her on a funfair tea and saucer ride at a mystery location around Melbourne.
The Leader understands a private function was set up for Adele and her family in a secret location around the peninsula.
Her visit is in stark contrast to Justin Bieber last week, who was trailed across the city by fans and photographers, eager to get a shot of the Canadian pop star.
Adele told fans at her concert last night she was glad Bieber toured at the same time, as it took the limelight off her.
The notoriously private star has reportedly been staying in a private house in Toorak while in Melbourne.
Last night’s show was the last of the Australian leg of her world tour. She plays two more shows in New Zealand this week before returning to England.
