Trenten Wright, 29, charged with burglary, assault after alleged Golden Square home invasion
A man charged over an allegedly violent home invasion was allegedly implicated in a string of burglaries across Bendigo in a police raid, including one on a church, a court has heard.

A Bendigo man has been charged over an allegedly violent home invasion after a police raid on his home allegedly revealed evidence of a string of burglaries, including one at a Bendigo Church.
Long Gully man Trenten “Ten Ten” Wright, 29, was arrested and charged following a police raid by Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit detectives on his Derwent Drive home on Tuesday about 11am.
Police allegedly uncovered evidence implicating him in a series of burglaries, including at the Bendigo Baptist Church, a court heard.
Police charged Mr Wright with burglary and intentionally causing injury in relation to an allegedly violent home invasion in Golden Square on February 2 after executing a warrant on his home.
Police allege Mr Wright broke into a home on the west end of Mackenzie St, before allegedly assaulting a man he disturbed amid the attempted burglary.

Following Mr Wright’s arrest, police applied to revoke his bail at Bendigo Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
The application was adjourned to April alongside six other separate criminal cases brought against him.
Mr Wright remains on bail.
