Police are hunting a driver who rammed a police car in Bendigo with road spikes and a helicopter involved in the search.
Bendigo Highway Patrol officers are investigating after a police car was rammed on Main Rd, Campbells Creek near Castlemaine on Wednesday.
Police deployed the Air Wing helicopter as officers searched California Gully.
Residents reported roadspikes being deployed near Truscott Ave and Westwood Dr about 11am, with police searching driveways for the suspect.
