Sex crime detectives have charged a 21-year-old Bendigo man.
Kieran David Waters faced Bendigo Magistrates’ Court on Monday for a filing hearing of a sex offence related charge.
No details were revealed in court about the nature of the allegations.
A court date of July 9 was set for committal proceedings where the brief of evidence brought by police will be tested before it is determined if the matter will be taken to trial in the County Court.
Mr Waters remains on bail.
