A Bendigo mother has warned other parents a creep is on the loose after he allegedly chased her kids at a local primary school and threw underwear at them.
Three children were using the basketball courts at Violet Street Primary School on Webster St in Ironbark, Bendigo about 6.15pm on Monday when they were approached.
Brittany Mulcahy took to Facebook to warn other parents after her daughter called her “crying hysterically” because the man was “chasing them and scaring them”.
The man was lurking nearby on school grounds while the kids were playing, Ms Mulcahy said.
The children alleged the man was “in the school watching them through the windows” and was holding up “teddies” and an “owl statue” in the windows, tracking their movements.
Police did not confirm if the man had gained entry to the school buildings.

The man allegedly then started to throw shoes, clothes and underwear at the children before chasing them, Ms Mulcahy said.
“Out of nowhere he started chasing them so they ran fearing for their lives,” she said.
“They thought they lost him and then he just jumped out of a bush, chasing them again.”
Ms Mulcahy said an adult woman who happened to hear the commotion came to the children’s aid and called the police.
Police attended but the man fled the scene before officers arrived and the investigation is ongoing.
