Police have identified suspects following a violent brawl at Inverloch where girls as young as 14 had their heads stomped on.

Inverloch fight

Police say alcohol, supplied to minors by their parents, could have been a factor in a violent brawl at Inverloch where girls as young as 14 had their heads stomped on.

Three suspects have been identified for the attack which left two 14 year olds bruised and swollen.

It is believed the attack followed a party in the Glade at Inverloch where parents supplied the minors with alcohol.

The assaults were videoed at A’Beckett St about 8pm on February 12.

One of the sisters of a 14-year-old victim, who the Bass Coast News has chosen not to name, said her sibling was “punched multiple times, kicked and had her head stomped into the concrete — countless amount of times”.

“She was left there, unable to walk, and her face covered in blood, and could barely remember what happened due to her injuries … this is revolting,” she said on social media.

A video has been circulating on social media since the incident.

Inverloch police sergeant Adrian Condron said it was “disappointing” police had to attend the scene.

“Supplying alcohol to youths can have disastrous consequences. It was disappointing we had to attend the assaults,” he said.

The attackers are believed to be between 14-18 years old and the parties are known to each other.

One of them can be heard shouting “do you want a f**king bashing too?”

The suspects have been identified following the attack but no charges have been laid.

Police investigations continue.
