A man was found unconscious on a Phillip Island foreshore, with police believing he was injured during a fight.

A busy weekend for emergency services attending everything from assaults to collisions.

See a few of the incidents in and around Bass Coast they were called to over the weekend.

Cowes

A man was found unconscious on the Cowes Foreshore on Friday.

It is believed a fight broke out before emergency services were called about 11.50pm.

When emergency services arrived they found the man unconscious.

The 47-year-old man sustained minor injuries.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding how the man sustained his injuries.

Dalyston

Paramedics were called to a collision in Dalyston on Saturday afternoon.

It is believed there were four cars involved in the collision at the corner of Tulloch Street and the Bass Highway.

It is believed two people sustained minor injuries.

Paramedics were called but were not required for transport.

Traralgon

A medical incident lead to a man being taken to hospital on Sunday night in Traralgon.

Paramedics were called to a report of an incident around 7.20pm at Gathercole Drive.

A man, believed to be in his 30s, suffered upper body injuries and was taken to Latrobe Hospital in a serious condition.
