Traralgon man Jonah Vaivao, 26, appeared via web link at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday for a committal mention hearing.
Mr Vaivao is facing 21 charges after he was accused of shooting a gun four times, risking death or injury to others, in Juniper Ave, Glen Waverley on October 1 last year.
He also allegedly committed affray by threatening to use unlawful violence at Kurunjang in July, as well as allegedly possessing a firearm without a valid licence and handling stolen goods at Melton West in October.
Charge sheets revealed further alleged offending from Mr Vaivao, including stealing a $35,000 Holden Commodore from a Yarraville property and stealing a $55,000 Isuzu D-MAX from Tullamarine in July last year.
The documents also revealed Mr Vaivao allegedly possessed a prohibited weapon without exemption at Traralgon in October and failed to answer bail.

Defence lawyer Andrew Papadimitropoulos told the court there was an updated filing hearing on March 29 and there was a co-accused involved, as he pushed for the matter to be adjourned to later in the year.
Magistrate Felicity Broughton adjourned the committal to July and Mr Vaivao was remanded until then.
