The Cape Woolamai General Store, known to locals as the “The Wooli General” on Cottosloe Ave, is up for sale, licensed to hold approximately 26 patrons with the potential to expand.
The property features seating space for sit down lunch and dinner menus for the purchaser wishing to extend the opening hours and menu options.
The business occupies a 172sq m store fitted with fryers, grills, fridges, freezers and work benches.
Also featured is a separate office, laundry room, bathroom and shower, and newly established workspaces.
Included as part of the property is a 52sq m home with side driveway access to the front door and internal access from the cafe.
