Boy flown to hospital in serious condition following collision in Drouin

A high school kid has been flown to the Royal Children’s Hospital in a serious condition following a collision between a car and a bike in West Gippsland.

A boy has been injured and flown to hospital following a collision between a car and bike in West Gippsland.

Emergency services were called to the scene on McDonald St in Drouin just before 7pm on Friday.

An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson said the boy was treated by paramedics for upper and lower body injuries and was flown by air ambulance to the Royal Children’s Hospital in a serious but stable condition.

It’s understood he has returned home and is recovering this week.
