Police seize hundreds of cannabis plants from South Gippsland home

A man has been charged with cultivation after police allegedly found hundreds of cannabis plants at his home.

A man is facing criminal charges after police allegedly seized hundreds of cannabis plants from a Korumburra home.

Bass Coast Crime Investigation Unit police descended on the house with a search warrant on Wednesday.

Once inside they allegedly found hundreds of cannabis plants.

A 62-year old male was arrested.

He has since been charged with cultivating a trafficable amount of cannabis plants.

He will face court next year.
