Police investigate suspicious grass fire near The Blvd, Morwell
Police are investigating the cause of a grass fire in the Latrobe Valley with two men allegedly seen fleeing the area.

Two men were allegedly seen in a grassy area in the centre of a Latrobe Valley town before emergency services were called to a shrub fire.
Police and FRV crews were called to the scene on The Blvd in Morwell at 8.30pm on Thursday.
A police spokesperson confirmed there were no injuries and the two alleged offenders were seen near the grass before jumping over nearby fences.
“Investigations are ongoing and the fire is being treated as suspicious at this stage,” the spokesperson said.
An FRV spokesperson said the fire was under control shortly after.
