Dunolly man critical, Black Hill man in serious condition after Tourello collision

Two men have been seriously injured in a collision north of Ballarat, with one being flown to hospital in a critical condition.

A Dunolly man was flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries following a crash in Tourello, north of Ballarat, on Monday night.

Emergency services were called to Ballarat-Maryborough Road near the intersection with Glendonald Road, where police believe a Ford Ranger and Ford Falcon collided about 5.35pm.

A 20-year-old Dunolly man, the driver of the Falcon, was flown to The Alfred in a critical condition with upper body and lower body injuries.

A 24-year-old Black Hill man, the driver of the Ranger, remained at the scene and was then taken to Ballarat Base Hospital in a serious condition with upper body injuries.

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating the crash.
