A motorcyclist has died after a crash south of the Grampians at the weekend.
Police believe a car and motorbike collided at the intersection of Mill Rd and Taylors Rd in Moutajup about 4.30pm on Saturday.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 53-year-old man from Coleraine, died at the scene and his passenger was flown to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle, a 20-year-old Lake Mundi man, was not injured.
He stopped at the scene, was interviewed by detectives, and has been released pending further inquiries.
