A little girl with a heavenly name has been named Victoria’s cutest bub.

Neveah (Heaven spelled backwards) captured hearts and votes with her cheeky pose in a kitchen sink.

The Frankston North baby was one of 500 nominations received by the Herald Sun and Leader Newspapers from across the state in our search for the cutest baby.

Proud Dad Nick Armstrong entered the photo of his little girl “with her rolls out” enjoying bath time in the sink.

Also winning hears and votes was second placed bub Chloe Boys.

The ten month old was snapped celebrating summer with a dimpled smile by parents Nicole and Brett Boys.

The Woollert tot was in such a rush to meet her family she arrived four weeks early on August 6, 2020.

“It all happened very quickly,” Ms Boys said.

“But she was ready for the world. She only had one day in the special care nursery and has thrived.”

Chloe quickly introduced herself to her fur brother Stanley the golden retriever and the pair have been inseparable since.

“She just adores Stanley. Her face lights up and she giggles whenever he’s around,” Ms Boys said.

The Healesville Sanctuary zoo keeper was also looking forward to Chloe spending time with her work mates – a collection of endangered possums – when her maternity leave ended on Sunday.

“We’ve only been able to visit a couple of times, in between lockdowns, and I’ve really missed them,” she said.

Country cutie Leo snuck into third place with a sleepy shot of him in a checked flat cap.

The 11-week-old is the first child for Albury couple Renee Hill and Adrian Pantling.

He arrived on March 28 at Wangarrata Hospital after a mid term scare that suggested he may have serious developmental difficulties from birth.

“I got a call on Christmas Eve telling me my 20 week scan showed that his corpus callosum wasn’t developed,” Ms Hill said.

The large cluster of more than 200 million nerve fibers connect the left and right side of the brain and forms between 12 and 16 weeks after conception.

“We were sent for another scan and within a minute of laying down the technician told me he could clearly see the corpus callosum,” she said.

“I was so relieved I burst in to tears.”

Ms Hill said she was told while pregnant that her life would never be the same again.

“It has changed, but for the better. I can’t believe how much love we have for Leo.

“And, really he’s fit right into our lives. We still get out and about. He just comes with us.”

Thanks to all the proud parents who took part in Victoria’s 100 cutest babies.
