An Albury pub security guard is in hot water after allegedly throwing a drunk patron headfirst into the concrete.

A man has allegedly been thrown on his head by a Beer Deluxe security staff member after refusing to leave the premises.
Police were called to the Albury pub following reports a man had been ejected from the premises after refusing to leave about 10.45pm on Saturday, April 24.
Officers from Murray River police attended and issued a 37-year-old man with a move-on notice.
The man allegedly failed to comply and was arrested and taken to Albury police station, where he was fined for continue intoxicated behaviour after move on direction.
Police later saw the man with a cut on his forehead.
Inquiries revealed the man had allegedly been involved in an earlier altercation with pub security.
Police later arrested a 31-year-old pub staff member who was performing security at the hotel.
He was issued a Court Attendance Notice at Albury police station on Monday, for assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He is due to appear in Albury Local Court on Monday, May 17.
