A historic Shepparton property is on the market for the first time in more than a century.
Browns Shepparton Plaster Works, located at 2-24 Mason St Shepparton, has been run by the Browns family since not long after the end of WWI.
Rocky Gagliardi, from Gagliardi Scott Real Estate, said there had already been “a lot of interest” in the property.
Mr Gagliardi said that there was “no asking price as such”, and the market price would be decided by prospective buyers.
Mr Gagliardi said the opportunity was “unique” due to the property’s proximity to the CBD, while raving about the property’s natural views, with three quarters of the property wrapping “around parkland, bush and the river”.
Mr Gagliardi said potential buyers could do anything with the property, be it a “cafe, medical, warehouse, living as well … It provides you a really good opportunity and it has really fantastic features”.
The property is only minutes from the local RSL club, sandwiched between the Shepparton CBD and the local golf club.
It is also near all the local hospitals, including Goulburn Valley Health, and is 1.8km from Shepparton railway station.
You can contact Burgess Rawson or Gagliardi Scott Real Estate all inquiries.
Expressions of interest close on Wednesday, April 10 at 4pm.
