There's no bathroom in cluded, but the mobile spaces do come with a weather-proof electrical socket powering two double power points, two internal downlights, a porch light, smoke alarm and a reverse cycle air conditioner. Similar to regular rentals, the portable rooms require a bond of $500 and a one-month written notice is required to end the lease.
