    Our feeds are viewable on any common RSS reader, however as there are so many applications available we will not be able to support the configuration of any particular one and can provide general advice about setup only. Please refer to the documentation for your chosen application for more information.

    Website Troubleshooting

    Desktop / Laptop using Chrome

    1. Clear Cookies:

    a. Close all open browser windows, then relaunch Google Chrome.

    i. Ensure you do not have any of our websites saved as your home page or have a tab set to auto open. Clearing cookies while the site is open may not clear cookies for that site.

    b. While in Chrome, locate the three dot menu in the top right-hand corner.

    c. Select More tools and click Clear browsing data.

    d. Ensure Cookies and other site dataand Cached images and files are selected at a minimum.

    e. Select Clear data.

    f. Close Settings tab.

    2. Log into the website:

    a. Log into the website.

    Mac OS Desktop / Laptop using Safari

    1. Check Browser Settings:

    a. Open Safari.

    b. Select Safari in the top left hand corner, then select Preference.

    c. Go to the Privacy tab.

    d. Confirm Cookies are Allowed and not Blocked.

    e. Close Preferences.

    2. Clear Cookies:

    a. Open Safari.

    b. Select Safari in the top left hand corner, then select Preferences.

    c. Go to the Privacy tab.

    d. Select manage website data

    e. Select Remove Now on the pop up message.

    f. Close Preferences.

    3. Log into the website:

    a. Log into the website.
