Sean 'Diddy' Combs learns sentence fate

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been caught consuming “homemade alcohol” behind bars, landing him in “trouble with prison officials”.

According to TMZ, sources said the DIY recipe he was caught drinking involves sugar, Fanta soda and apples, which are mixed and fermented for two weeks to make an alcoholic beverage.

Officials at the low-security prison — where Combs, 56, is serving four years for prostitution-related charges — had reportedly decided to move him from his old unit to a new one.

However, multiple sources said that the decision has been reversed and he will remain in his original unit.

A prison official told TMZ that they had “no information” about the alleged incident.

The New York Post’s Page Six has approached Combs’ publicist for comment.

The news comes after Combs survived a prison attack last month, according to the rapper’s longtime friend.

According to the Mail Online, Charlucci Finney alleged the embattled music mogul “woke up with a knife to his throat” in his Metropolitan Detention Center jail cell.

“I don’t know whether he fought him off or the guards came,” Finney, who has known Combs for more than 30 years, claimed without specifying when this allegedly took place.

“I just know that it happened.”

He speculated that the frightening encounter was meant more as a threat than an actual attempt to hurt Combs.

“If this guy had wanted to harm him, Sean would have been harmed,” Finney said. “It would only take a second to cut his throat with a weapon and kill him.

“It was probably a way to say: ‘Next time you ain’t gonna be so lucky,’” he added. “Everything is intimidation. But with Sean it won’t work. Sean is from Harlem.”

Finney called his 55-year-old pal “unbreakable,” praising the Grammy winner as a “loveable caregiver, a father, brother (and) best friend.”

He added, “I’m confident he’s gonna do whatever it takes to make sure he’s still Sean Combs when he comes out.”

TRUMP ‘FINAL DECIDER’ ON DIDDY PARDON

The White House accused TMZ of fabricating a story that claimed Donald Trump could release disgraced rapper and producer Diddy from prison.

“There is zero truth to the TMZ report, which we would’ve gladly explained had they reached out before running their fake news,” the administration said in a statement.

“The president, not anonymous sources, is the final decider on pardons and commutations.”

TMZ claimed in the report that it had heard from sources that “a high-ranking White House official” said that President Trump “is considering commuting Diddy’s sentence as early as this week.”

Diddy, whose legal name is Sean Combs, has not officially applied for clemency with the Justice Department, The New York Post understands, but his representatives have informally expressed interest in him receiving early release after he was sentenced earlier this month to four years and two months in prison on two counts of transporting women for prostitution.

“I have a lot of people who have asked me for pardons,” Mr Trump told reporters on October 6 as he batted away a question about freeing sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, adding: “I call him Puff Daddy has asked me.”

The president has previously granted clemency to a number of bold-face names – including pardoning Lil Wayne in a gun possession case days before the end of Mr Trump’s first term in 2021 after the rapper had praised the Republican’s campaign platform for black voters.

Diddy did not support Mr Trump in that year’s election, explaining in a video: “White men like Trump need to be banished … We are in a war of love versus hate. The number one priority is to get Trump out of office.”
