Viewers were shocked to see Real Housewives star Heather Gay debut a “totally new face” during a chat show appearance this week.

Watch What Happens Live viewers were left stunned by reality star Heather Gay’s physical appearance during the most recent episode of the US chat show.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, who previously revealed she was taking Ozempic for weight loss, showed off her slimmer figure on the Andy Cohen-helmed talk show.

Fans of the Bravo network celebrity, 49, were quick to point out that her jaw appeared slimmer than usual, leading to a change in the appearance of her face.

“Omg totally new face,” one person wrote on a Reddit forum.

Viewers were stunned by her changed appearance.

“I’m sorry, who’s that?” another puzzled viewer chimed in.

Others thought she resembled her RHOSLC co-star Whitney Rose, while another fan suggested she may have “switched makeup artists.”

“She was pretty before and looks pretty now. Whatever makes her happy,” another viewer added.

Back in November, Gay told People that she had been prescribed Ozempic, but was only seeing minor changes in her appearance.

“I’ve been on it for a long time, but hadn’t really seen much results,” she said at the time.

“And I haven’t had massive results, but enough for people to notice, which is great.”

Heather, as fans are used to seeing her, on Real Housewives.

The mother of three pointed out that she was treated differently by people after shedding just a few pounds.

“You lose five pounds, people are nicer to you,” the reality star said.

“I don’t know why. It’s just the way the world works and that makes me sad for women,” she went on.

“I’m feeling like I’m coming into my own a little bit and I think the glow up might be a little bit from that, too. But I’ll give credit to all the medical intervention.”

Her latest appearance follows the explosive RHOSLC reunion, in which the women discussed the viral Season 4 finale.

Viewers saw Gay expose co-star Monica Garcia for secretly running an Instagram troll account that spewed hatred about the women on the show for years.

“The mystery for me with Monica is, ‘Who is the real Monica?’ … The real Monica is someone who really doesn’t want to be our friend, but wants to profit from our lives and our pain. I know who you really are, and who you really are is the cyberbully, internet troll Reality Von Tease,” Gay said at the ladies’ Bermuda Triangle-themed dinner.

The Beauty Lab and Laser owner, along with her fellow snowflake holders Angie Katsanevas, Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks and Rose, are all expected to return to the show for Season 5.

Garcia, however, will not be filming for Season 5.
