Former Married At First Sight star Tamara Joy has shocked fans with her latest selfie, showcasing a recent – and dramatic – transformation.

Former Married At First Sight contestant Tamara Joy has left fans stunned with her changed appearance.

The 33-year-old reality star-turned-Only Fans creator shared a new selfie to Instagram on Sunday, showcasing a dramatically different look.

In the photo, Joy wore a very low-cut red top and pouted at the camera, looking barely recognisable from her 2019 appearance on Nine’s controversial series.

“Awe you were so natural and beautiful back on MAFS, I hope you did it all for yourself and not for the gram [Instagram],” one of her followers wrote, with another adding that she was “so beautiful” and had “so much class” before getting the latest work done.

“This is really sad but as long as you’re happy it’s not for any of us to say is it,” the fan said.

“You were so beautiful before darling. Why oh why did you need to improve on perfection?” said one.

Another user wrote: “What has she done? Why do people do it, they search for beauty and in turn ruin their looks.”

Others came to Joy’s defence, pointing out that it was “her body, her choice.”

“So many negative comments … If it makes her happy then who are we to judge? Just let her be,” said one.

“I don’t understand why people need to be so nasty and negative to others … If you are not friends or family with the person then why do you think your opinion matters?!” another asked.

Joy has spoken openly in the past about cosmetic procedures, having previously undergoing a breast enlargement, dermal fillers, Botox and her nose job.

She admitted in an interview with The Sun in 2021 that appearing on MAFS had made her more aware of her “insecurities”, but that she’d already begun getting work done to her appearance.

“I started having plastic surgery before I went on the show. I had my first boob job when I was about 19, so it was not something that happened after the show,” Joy explained.

“I mean, obviously seeing yourself on TV in all different angles, does heighten everything and you just think do I really look like that.

“But everybody has their insecurities and I had mine before the show anyway.”
