HE’S the world-famous TV chef who has reduced even Gordon Ramsay to tears with his fiery temper.

But Real Housewife of Melbourne Pettifleur Berenger says she wasn’t remotely intimidated by Marco Pierre White’s infamous bluster.

“I’d take on 10 Marcos over those seven ladies (on Housewives),” Berenger laughs.

“I wasn’t scared of him. What’s he going to do to me, seriously? I was completely unscathed by him.”

Pierre White has previously appeared in the original UK series, while his protégé turned culinary foe Ramsay fronts the US version.

Although she enjoys fine-dining and grew up helping her mother in the kitchen, Berenger admits her own kitchen skills are limited to cooking a well-seasoned steak and salad.

Berenger joined Hell’s Kitchen to recapture her love of cooking and have some fun along the way.

The seasoned-reality star was teamed with One Nation founder David Oldfield where, she admits, the pair butted heads.

Oldfield’s wife recently appeared in the Sydney Housewives series, which did not make the same impact on viewers as its Melbourne counterpart.

Berenger said Oldfield had made her uncomfortable from the get-go in Hell’s Kitchen with complaints about his wife and the disrespectful way he spoke to his female co-stars.

“I talked back to him,” she laughed.

“What can I say, I like to stir the pot.”
