Scary Spice took to Instagram to show off her physique as she opened up about her “self-care” routine that allows her to stay in such fantastic shape.

In one snap, she could be seen standing completely naked and clutching her own bum as she enjoyed the benefits of an infra-red spa treatment.

“I love love love doing my self care. I always need to remind myself how amazing it makes my soul feel inside so I don’t get caught up in daily life and work before I do it again, now of course it isn’t always this in depth ha st home my self care routine is very simple,” she wrote.

“Let me know yours below and if you want me to share my simple home self care routine that ANYONE can do, you just need to MAKE the time people for YOURSELF!”

Fans rushed to compliment the star, with one saying: “Wow you look absolutely incredible”.

Others agreed, with one commenting: “You look so good!” and another adding: “That first picture? Wow!”

Meanwhile, it comes after the singer reignited her feud with her fellow Spice bandmates.

She branded them “d**kheads” as she mocked them for refusing to reunite for a blockbuster 30th anniversary tour.

The singer, 49, says she is constantly telling her fellow girl group singers they need to get back together.

But Emma Bunton, 48, Melanie Chisholm aka Mel C, 50, Geri Horner, 52, and Victoria Beckham, 50, do not appear to be keen for a reunion.

Leeds-born Mel B revealed in April she had been kicked out of the Spice Girls’ WhatsApp chat for bombarding them with texts about a tour.

Asked why she was booted out, Mel said: “Because I’m Northern and say what I think and feel and I’m constantly saying to the girls, ‘We need to go back on tour’.” Pressed on why they ditched her, Mel B said on TV’s Never Mind The Buzzcocks90s special airing in the UK tomorrow: “Because they’re d**kheads.”

The Spice Girls performed at Victoria’s 50th birthday party at a private members club last April.

This year marks 30 years since the Spice Girls formed and their fans had hoped the performance would kickstart talks for a celebratory tour.

However, any plans for another round of shows have yet to emerge, despite wishes from fans around the world.
