A rising Australian TV reporter has stunned her Instagram followers by sharing an unexpected sexy photo online.

Australian journalist Lucy McLeod has shared a topless photo on social media.

The Channel 7 presenter, who reports entertainment news for the network in Sydney, stunned her followers by sharing the tasteful, albeit racy, image online in a contrast to her clean-cut broadcast persona.

The image, taken by local photographer Kelly Jade, showed McLeod sitting on a chair at the beach as she held a newspaper over her chest.

“Off the record …” McLeod captioned the photo.

McLeod, who previously worked at Channel 9 in Perth, sent her friends into a spin over the pic, with one writing, “I’m not OK.”

Another said, “OMG” with a string of fire emojis, while another added, “What a stunner.”

During her time at Channel 9 in Perth, the TV presenter covered news and current affairs and was a regular contributor on Today.

McLeod later joined Seven in 2023.

While her star is on the rise, McLeod is known among regular viewers for her bubbly persona on-air.

During a segment about a “man drought” in Sydney, which aired on Sunrise in December 2023 citing ABS data, McLeod had the panel in fits of laughter with her colourful commentary.

McLeod is a presenter on Channel 7.

“In a city full of finance bros, it shocks me to my very core that Sydney is in the grips of a man drought — and the worst affected areas are the wealthiest,” she said.

Lucy noted the statistics suggested “all the single men” were at Wetherill Park, about 32km from Sydney city.

“Well the egg just doesn’t swim to the sperm!” she joked.

McLeod then encouraged single viewers to venture to Double Bay so she could play matchmaker.
