Former tennis ace Sam Groth and wife Brittany have served up double joy, welcoming twins Mason and Parker on Saturday.

“Meet Mason Phillip Groth and Parker Mitchell Groth, born 10 April 2021,’’ an elated Groth posted on Instagram.

“Born at 34 weeks, they are in the best of hands, are healthy and doing so well. @brittany.groth was amazing through delivery. We are so happy and so in love with our two boys.”

The first time parents received congratulations from the likes of Shane Warne, Todd Woodbridge, Brodie Harper, Casey Dellacqua and Livinia Nixon.

Groth told the Herald Sun last year the news they were expecting twins came at the right time after a tough period.

His work had started to dry up and they sold their house.

They moved into their new home last month.

“It’s exciting times for us,’’ said Groth, a Herald Sun columnist.

“I haven’t travelled much and haven’t had heaps of work so this was a nice surprise.”

The couple spent much of the summer in Blairgowrie.
