Aston credited with shaping, toning and sculpting most of Toorak’s more enviable butts and will launch her 28-day online program Aston Rx next week to reach the masses.

THE FOOTY RUMOUR THAT’S SWEEPING MELBOURNE
Not content with just helping the select few who work out at her South Yarra studio, BurnLab, Aston has been working behind the scenes for months, make that years, on a customised online program to tackle the big issues.
Think metabolic issues such as weight gain, diabetes and high blood pressure.
McGuire was so keen he had his bloods taken live on air in preparation for the program, which provides a customised DIY blood test to take to pathology.
“You’re very brave,” remarked co-host Luke Darcy as the blood was drained from Eddie’s veins.
“It looks a bit like Grange.”
McGuire revealed in mid-2017 that he shed 15kg in just three weeks through an intensive diet program based on Chinese herbs
For the first two weeks he drank three cups of herb tonic a day in place of meals.
In the third week he was able to introduce half a cucumber and a meagre 50g serve of chicken into his daily meal plan.
