CELEBRITY manager Ralph Carr has popped off to Greece for a stress-relieving holiday.

The agent to the stars has so far failed to provide liquidators full access to the books of a company he controls that has debts of at least $120,000.

He has been sunning himself on the island of Mykonos while liquidator Andrew Spring, of Jirsch Sutherland, works on a report for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

ASIC has the power to ban the volatile Carr as a director of a company, or pass the file to police to consider criminal charges.

Carr is a director of RCM Touring, which was put into liquidation last month. He represents some of the biggest names in Australian entertainment and was flaunting his jetsetting lifestyle on Facebook this week. He posted two pictures of himself shirtless on the beach along with some holiday thoughts: “Mykonos … reflecting at sunset … alone time … soulful thoughts … dreams … memories … grateful … thankful … feeling blessed.”

RCM Touring, in court documents, was accused of failing to pay supplier Sam Righi for work on tours by Priscilla Presley and speaking appearances by Richmond AFL champion Dustin Martin.

Righi had also worked on a tour promoted by RCM of an orchestra playing in front of a video of Elvis Presley and a cancelled tour featuring a hologram of Roy Orbison.

Spring says he has been trying to reach out to Carr and RCM Touring.

“We’re in the process of doing our report at the moment. We’ve done everything we can to extend the olive branch, we don’t have limitless patience,” he said.

“Everything would be easier if he just came to the table.”

Carr was in London when Page 13 spoke to him briefly last night and he advised us to chat to his lawyer, Phil Dwyer.

Dwyer, when asked about Spring’s plans to forward a report to ASIC, said: “We’re lawyers,
not accountants. He can do what he likes.”

Carr is a director of 12 companies and owns a five-bedroom sprawler on the banks of the Yarra.
