Chef dream boat Curtis Stone is never short of a new project.
But just what is he cooking up now?
The Coles ambassador is fresh off launching his own “Cook with Curtis” mince meat range for the supermarket giant — but appears to have another new business on the go.
And could it be his first Aussie restaurant?
Stone has just done paperwork for his first Aussie business in 12 years.
In that time he has opened two highly rated Californian restaurants — one with a Michelin star.
The new company includes Damion O’Callaghan of both the Ritz Geelong and Vue Geelong and PTM Concrete Construction director Thomas Trinchi.

Curtis’ brother Lucas is also a director. The brothers have worked together before, with reports Lucas mortgaged his home to help Curtis set up his restaurant Gwen in California in 2016.
We reached out to Curtis — who is on holidays in Europe — but could not reach him.
