Nicole Kidman made a surprise appearance onstage beside her musician husband Keith Urban at the star-studded Concert for Carolina, which raised money after the devastation of Hurricane Helene.
The Oscar-winning Aussie actress, 57, wrapped her arms around her husband backstage for photos at the benefit concert held in Charlotte, North Carolina, a region that was badly affected by the deadly storm.
Meanwhile, Kidman joined her Grammy-winning country singer husband onstage to mention that it was his birthday.
The couple also smooched onstage and the crowd could be heard going wild, in footage Kidman posted to her Instagram stories and ending with the caption “Love you baby xx”.
The long-term couple’s outing comes after Kidman, who is promoting her film Babygirl, made a shocking confession that she had to pause filming the soon to be released erotic drama because she didn’t want to ‘orgasm’ anymore.
Kidman stars as a powerful CEO in the upcoming movie opposite Harris Dickinson, 28, who plays her intern.
The almost three decade age gap between the actors makes him younger than her two eldest children, Bella, 31, and Connor, 29, who she adopted with ex-husband Tom Cruise, 62.
Kidman told The Sun in a revealing interview that performing the scenes with Harrison and Antonio Banderas, 64, who plays her husband, Jacob, was overwhelming.
“There was an enormous amount of sharing and trust and then frustration. It’s like, ‘Don’t touch me’.”
“There were times when we were shooting where I was like, ‘I don’t want to orgasm any more’.”
“Don’t come near me. I hate doing this. I don’t care if I am never touched again in my life! I’m over it,” she continued, describing the experience as “burnout.”
Babygirl is set to be released in Australia on 10 January.
