The Kid LAROI has closed out his Australian tour in style, teaming up with The Wiggles on stage at his Melbourne show

The Kid LAROI has again grabbed the headlines on his arena spectacular tour, bringing out The Wiggles to perform with him at his Melbourne show on Sunday night.

Original Wiggles Anthony Field, Jeff Fatt and Greg Page all graced the Rod Laver Arena stage alongside the rap superstar, with the quartet busting out renditions of Big Red Car and Fruit Salad.

Fans took to social media to express their surprise and to share now viral clips of the crossover performance

The singer left his fervent Victorian fanbase heartbroken and angry last weekend when he cancelled a show half an hour after he was due to perform.

“Melbourne, I am so sorry, and I love you guys more than life itself. I’ve woken up worse than I was last night,” he wrote on Instagram at the time, adding that “I have just seen the doctor and have been told I can’t perform tonight”.

“My heart is broken, and I feel like I am letting you all down again but I promise I will make it up to you. I need to rest and get myself healthy so that I can give you the show you deserve when I come back to Melbourne next week.”

Fans at Sunday night’s show will now no doubt have forgiven the Stay singer.

The show was the final stop on the singer’s whirlwind tour, which saw him perform sold-out arenas across the country while making time for impromptu shows, checking out some up and coming local hip hop, and reconnecting with his local community (with a sneaky Maccas collaboration on the side).
