An attendee at Listen Out festival in Sydney shocked partygoers by allegedly masturbating in front of the stage.

Footage shared on Reddit showed the naked man in a crowded area during the performance of US rapper Ice Spice.

Guests shouted insults and asked him to leave, but he remained oblivious.

Some attendees claimed that when he did not respond to verbal warnings, a few people punched him in the head, but it still didn’t deter him, Daily Mail reported.

The New South Wales (NSW) Police charged a person attending the festival with wilful and obscene exposure, but it is unclear if it’s the same person from the video.

The incident occurred during the same weekend that two other people died at Sydney festivals, sparking renewed discussions about festival safety.

There have been calls for the introduction of free pill-testing sites at festivals in NSW, similar to the successful measures employed other states and territories.

Premier Chris Minns has not ruled out the possibility of trialling pill-testing sites but acknowledged that it’s not a perfect solution, given the risks of drug use in hot conditions.

The focus remains on ensuring festival safety and making informed decisions.
