Margot Robbie spotted with curly red hair on set of Babylon

She rarely changes up her blonde locks, but Margot Robbie has completely transformed for her latest role after being spotted on set with curly red hair.

Margot Robbie has been spotted on the set of her latest all-star movie sporting dramatic curly red hair.

The Australian actress, 31, cuts a different figure for her new role, transforming into ’20s Hollywood sex siren Clara Bow for the upcoming Damien Chazelle film, Babylon.

The Suicide Squad star, who is set to feature alongside Brad Pitt, Olivia Wilde and Tobey Maguire in the 2022 period drama, was photographed arriving on set in Los Angeles this week.

Robbie was the picture of glamour as she arrived in comfort, wearing a black robe over a red gown, flaunting fresh auburn hair and black strappy heels.

The Oscar-nominated actress was enlisted for the lead role after Emma Stone pulled out due to scheduling conflicts in December.

Clara Bow, who died in 1965, was a New York actress who shot to fame during the silent film era of the 1920s, before managing to successfully transition to ‘talkies’ in 1929.

Bow was the face of the roaring ’20s, dubbed the “It” girl of the Golden Hollywood era and a box office sensation, starring in hits such as Mantrap (1926) and Wings (1927).

While the plot for Babylon has been kept largely under wraps, it’s understood Pitt will play a lead fictional character opposite Robbie.

Babylon, which is slated for a December 2022 release, is written and directed by Chazelle, 36, who most recently directed 2018’s First Man and became the youngest person to have won an Oscar for Best Director for La La Land at the age of 32.
