Ms Hampton was charged with three counts of breaching Covid-19 directions in April 2020 after going on an interstate shopping trip when she should have been self-isolating.

The mother-of-two was arrested at Adelaide Airport on May 6 last year after returning home from Melbourne.

At the time, only essential travellers were exempt from quarantine, but non-essential travellers needed to isolate for two weeks.

She also left her home and visited the suburbs of Hackney, Gawler East and Ingle Farm.
