Australian basketballer Liz Cambage has joined forces with pop superstar and fashion designer Rihanna in a sizzling lingerie shoot.

“I am so excited to announce I’m now a part of the Savage X Fenty family,” Cambage said on her Instagram page on Monday.

Savage X Fenty is Rihanna’s lingerie label. Celebrities including Paris Hilton, Demi Moore, Bella Hadid, Willow Smith, Cara Delevingne and Lizzo have also featured in campaigns for the label.

Cambage, who plays for the Las Vegas Aces and locally, the Southside Flyers, was recently photographed on a luxury boat near the Caribbean island of St Barts, partying with friends, being sprayed with champagne, and twerking.

In 2020, she posed topless for Playboy, and said it was a chance to celebrate her sexuality.

“As a female athlete, I feel like I’m not allowed to be sexy and I’m not allowed to be that person. All society wants from me is to sit down, shut up, go to training and play my sport,” Cambage said. “I am a straight six-foot-eight (203cm) woman who likes to have sex’. I’m a human; it’s what we do.”

She also told ESPN The Magazine: “My body is powerful. We bring life into this world with our bodies yet we cover them up, when we’re such powerful beings. Nudity has never really been a sexual thing to me. It’s always just been who I am and the skin I was in.”
