Kanye West’s offensive Twitter rant – which ended with him getting suspended from the social media giant – included an allegation that he caught his ex-wife Kim Kardashian with NBA star Chris Paul.
“Let’s break one last window before we get outa [sic] here,” West tweeted. “I caught this guy with Kim. Good night.”
Attached to the tweet was a photo of the NBA star.
There is no proof and no reason to believe West, who had spent the day sprouting anti-Semitism as a guest on right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ InfoWars show praising Nazis and Hitler.
According to the New York Post, the disgraced rapper has seemingly become more unpredictable by the day, having previously been banned from the social media app for tweeting he would go “death con 5 on Jewish people”.
After being un-banned by new Twitter owner Elon Musk, West posted a picture of a swastika, which was the post that got him suspended again.
Twitter’s new boss Elon Musk was asked by one user to “fix Kanye”.
West had “violated our rule against incitement to violence”, Musk tweeted.
“Account will be suspended,” Musk wrote in a Twitter post.
West also praised Hitler and stated that he was pro-Russia and pro-Vladimir Putin.
The head of the Britain’s Holocaust Educational Trust described West’s comments as “repulsive and sickening”.
“These comments mixed with his high profile and huge following have dangerous consequences,” chief executive Karen Pollock said.
NBA Twitter, however, was interested in the allegations that Chris Paul – who has been married to wife Jada Crawley since 2011 – had had sex with Kardashian.
“Chris Paul really boutta lose his only ring,” one Twitter user wrote, along with a photo of Paul and his wife.
“Chris Paul and Pete Davidson teaming up to make Kanye go crazy,” another user wrote, alongside a montage of Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal during their time together with the Lakers. Kardashian was recently in a relationship with Davidson, though the two broke up in August.
As of Friday local time, neither Paul nor Kardashian had addressed West's accusation.
Kardashian and West recently finalised their contentious divorce, a process which has stretched on for two years. The couple agreed to joint custody of their four children and West agreed to pay US$200,000 (A$300,000) per month in child support.
In recent months West has caused controversy with a series of anti-Semitic and racist remarks – leading to clothing giant Adidas cutting ties with the rapper and his Yeezy sneaker brand. High-fashion brand, Balenciaga, also ditched him as did Gap. More recently, West claimed he planned to run for US president in 2024, asking Donald Trump to be his running mate, which reportedly invoked the former president’s ire.
