Harry is here.

Pop superstar Harry Styles has slipped quietly into Melbourne ahead of his shows at Docklands.

Styles arrived at Essendon Airport, on a private jet from Perth, at 5.55pm on Tuesday.

He was then taken by van to a five-star inner-city hotel.

Insiders staking out the plane said the Dassault Falcon 7X, worth a reported $53 million for the 2022 model, landed in Melbourne, then taxied slowly to a hangar, with those inside disembarking in private, behind closed doors.

It is believed one photographer and about 30 Styles superfans waited outside the airport perimeter for the jet to arrive.

After the van left the hangar, the superfans jumped in vehicles and joined a chase down the Tullamarine Freeway towards the CBD.

It’s understood the convoy lost track of him before reaching the city.

The Falcon 7X Styles arrived on is the “most advanced … business jet benchmark for the 21st century,” according to the company’s website. It features three spacious lounge areas, 28 large windows, and acoustics technology that “limits noise for a restful, more productive travel experience.”

Styles will perform at Marvel Stadium on Friday and Saturday.

But, as fan frenzy builds for the shows, paramedics are concerned about sweltering temperatures in Melbourne on both days — 35C on Friday, and 32C on Saturday.

Marvel Stadium has banned fans from queuing earlier than 9am on Friday.

“For the wellbeing and safety of our patrons, camping for the Harry Styles Love On Tour Concerts is strictly prohibited,” the venue said. “Queuing will only be permitted on event day from 9am AEDT and any patrons queuing (or) camping prior to this time will be asked to move on.”

It added: “Early line systems created by patrons will not be honoured.”

Gates at Marvel Stadium open at 5pm, with Styles scheduled to be on stage at 8.30pm.

The venue and paramedics urged fans to bring a water bottle, stay hydrated, wear sun protection, and take breaks in the shade.

Alison Osborne, the senior training team leader at St Johns Ambulance, said: “Don’t just stand in the sun all day. If you’re in a group of people in line, and you don’t want to lose that spot, that’s fair enough, but rotate around. Make sure people can go sit in the shade, or have a drink or get food, so you’re not standing in the sun, exposed for a long time.”

She said to avoid soft drinks, energy drinks and coffee. “They will dehydrate you, and make you susceptible to the heat.”

St Johns Ambulance will have first-aid stations at the event.

There will also be water bottle refill sites and misting stations outside the venue.

Marvel’s queuing restrictions followed crowd chaos in Perth ahead of Styles’ show in WA on Monday.

Hundreds of Perth fans ignored a strict 8am queuing start time on Monday morning in order to score a spot closer to their idol, with some getting there as early as 2am.

Six fans collapsed from heat exhaustion while lining up to buy Harry Styles merchandise outside the venue on Sunday, as Perth buckled under heatwave conditions.
