There are plenty of surprises in the new reality series Listing Melbourne which promises to shake up the city’s real estate sector, including former WAG Nadia Bartel house hunting and eyeing off a $15m home in Brighton.

Bartel’s unexpected appearance on the slick show which will debut on Nine on Wednesday, sees her being shown through an off-market grand, modern house in the pricey bayside suburb by Hush Property’s Andrew Campbell.

Unimpressed with a new build next door to the home which may impede views from the backyard, Bartel also twice corrects Campbell about his pronunciation of her fashion brand.

She is however momentarily lost for words when Campbell tells her the house is very affordable at $15m.

“That is affordable is it?,” Bartel says haltingly before regrouping and adding she would be asking her dad for advice.

While the show was filmed some time ago, Listing Melbourne teamed with Dancing With The Stars and her media blitz flogging bras would suggest Bartel is getting quite the taste for TV.

Listing Melbourne follows five real estate identities Tabitha Robb, Diana Kozlowska, Fraser Lack, buyers advocate Nicole Jacobs and Campbell on their daily business of wheeling and dealing.

At the stylish launch of the show at Vue De Monde last week, Jacobs and Campbell did not let media commitments get in the way of a deal.

With Jacobs representing a client interested in a $20m home Campbell had on his listings, the pair spent much of the event on the phone or text trying to make the sale.
