LUCY AND RUBY BROWNLESS
The daughters of former Geelong Football Club favourite and long-time member of The Footy Show, Billy Brownless, have made names for themselves as social media influencers and models. Both are interested in fashion and nutrition with Lucy is also a qualified yoga teacher.
LUCIA COLOSIMO
With both her parents successful actors, you would think a career in show business would hold appeal for Lucia Colosimo. But no. The 17-year-old daughter of Underbelly star Vince Colosimo and Jane Hall, who is currently appearing in the Foxtel drama, Wentworth, has apparently no interest in following the career path set by her parents.
JAMES HACHEM
James Hachem, 24, the son of 2005 World Series Of Poker Main Event champion Joe Hachem, and his best mate Manny Barbas have turned pink clay facial masks into a big payday. The pair own the popular Alya Skin skincare brand which has become a favourite on Instagram thanks to the range’s distinctive pink clay facial mask. The brand, which currently has four products on shelf is set to expand to 10 products by the end of next year. Alya Skin is stocked in Priceline and two years after its launch the company boasts a multimillion-dollar turnover.
GEORGIA, BELLA AND SAMMY GERMINDER
Georgia, Bella and Sammy Germinder are the daughters of rich-listers Fiona and Raphael Germinder and the granddaughters of Richard and Jeanne Pratt. They are connected and clever with social graces and an eye for business. Former model Georgia has launched Gem a toxic-free probiotic rich toothpaste, while Bella is a model who was tipped as a face to watch by Russell James, one of the world’s most influential photographers. “While I’m so lucky to work with many of the world’s best known people each year, it’s also exciting when you meet someone new to the industry and you and your team can see the ‘It’ factor right away,” James said of Bella in December.
MIA FEVOLA
Mia Fevola, the daughter of former Carlton footy star turned radio ratings winner, Brendan Fevola, is quickly moving from influencer to entrepreneur. Fevola, 20, recently launched her MALLT Collective sporting wear range. She is interested in business, marketing, cosmetics and fitness and has self-funded her fashion brand. Once Melbourne’s party scene gets underway post COVID-19 you just know Fevola is going to be an in demand guest and a shoe in for various event ambassadorial roles
JACKSON WARNE
Jackson Warne is the 21-year-old son of cricketing great Shane Warne. While cricket has not been Jackson’s calling he shares a common interest in poker with his father. Jackson has spoken of his hope to be a professional poker player. But first, he is dabbling in TV, taking part in the Channel 7 series SAS Australia where celebrities are put through a gruelling set of challenges designed to replicate the Special Air Services selection course.
TYLER ROOS
Tyler Roos got plenty of notice when he and his mate Tom Wilkinson took part in Channel 10’s Amazing Race Australia last year. While they did not win, Roos, the son of AFL player, coach and commentator, Paul Roos, will definitely have further TV opportunities come his way in the next few years if he wants them.
JEMMA DONOVAN
Jemma Donovan, 20, is following in her father’s footsteps and establishing herself as an actress on Neighbours. Her dad, Jason Donovan, skyrocketed to fame as Scott Robinson on the same show in the late 1980s.
MIA SITCH
Mia Sitch is hoping to make her own mark in the fashion and entertainment industry, following in the footsteps of her parents radio presenter and actor Jane Kennedy and writer-director Rob Sitch. The 19-year-old is signed to a Melbourne modelling agency. Her brother Joshua was a key cast member of the AACTA Award winning kids series Little Lunch.
MAGGIE MCKENNA
Maggie McKenna is well on her way to being one of the rising young stars of Australian theatre. Maggie is the daughter of Kath and Kim’s Gina Riley and producer Rick McKenna. She hit the headlines playing Muriel Heslop in the Australian theatre premiere of Muriel’s Wedding: The Musical. She headed to the US after Muriel’s Wedding and toured the musical Dear Evan Hansen before returning to Australia. She is definitely a name to remember.
MONIQUE KOUTOUFIDES
The daughter of former Carlton Football Club champion Anthony Koutoufides, Monique Koutoufides is pursuing a modelling career. She is signed to Chadwick Models, Melbourne’s leading agency.
JAMES KEYTE
Channel 10 news reader Jennifer Keyte’s son James signed with a modelling agency last year to further his interest in fashion and design. A business studies student, James saw modelling as a creative and fun opportunity.
ELLIE BAILLIEU
Model, photographer and Guide Dogs Australia ambassador Eleanor Baillieu launched the Empty Esky movement earlier this year to support country communities and rural businesses impacted by bushfires. Empty Esky encourages people – once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted – to visit country Victoria and stock up on the local produce and wares.
Baillieu knows plenty about contributing to the community. Her father is former Victorian premier, Ted Baillieu.
LEXIE JEUNIEWIC
The daughter of stage star Rhonda Burchmore, Jeuniewic has made media her career. She has been honing her reporting and presenting skills with Channel 9 in regional Victoria and recently made the move to 9 News on the Sunshine Coast to take on a senior reporter role.
BEAU WOODBRIDGE
The son of Australian tennis great Todd Woodbridge, Beau is following a path into musical theatre and the dramatic arts. A talented singer and musician, Beau has performed the national anthem at the Australian Open, appeared in productions of Mary Poppins and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and sung at Carols by Candlelight. He is dedicated and determined and has his father’s famous drive and determination.
SAM DAINTY
Sam Dainty was born into show business with his father, Paul Dainty, being one Australia’s most successful concert and theatre promoters. Dainty looks as though he is going to forge a career in the entertainment industry. He was a production assistant on the Hugh Jackman film The Greatest Showman.
STELLA KLIM
The oldest child of former Olympic swimmer Michael Klim and model Lindy Rama-Ellis, Stella, 15, has a modelling career waiting for her whenever she and her family are comfortable with her heading down that path. Although based in Bali, Stella and her family were regularly in Melbourne prior to the COVID-19 lockdown. Lindy is wisely guiding her daughter, saying recently: “I am happy for her to venture into it (modelling) really slowly.”
JESS AND STEF DADON
Jess and Stef Dadon started their How Two Live blog in 2012 and quickly evolved to be leading fashion influencers and social identities. They started their footwear business Twoobs in 2016 and are now encouraging young fashion entrepreneurs with their TWO Grant project. The sisters are part of the wider Besen family and have also launched a podcast where they interview female mentors.
XANDER MCGUIRE
The son of Eddie McGuire made his acting debut on Neighbours in 2015. Xander and his brother Joe are definitely names to watch as they make their way in business in the coming years. Joe is in Queensland with his father working as a production assistant for JAM TV.
DEMI BRERETON
The daughter of former jockey Danny Brereton, Demi is a model and last year was appointed the Night Racing ambassador for the Moonee Valley Racing Club. She is an authentic fit for fashion roles within the various racing carnivals. Her brother Darcy is an extremely talented golfer.
