Melbourne’s real life ‘living doll’ Tara Jayne McConachy is ready for reality TV having been inspired by uber star Kim Kardashian.

Already attracting interest from the US, the extreme cosmetic surgery aficionado wants to tell her story on screen in Australia.

“My goal is to look plastic, not even real,” McConachy, 33, said of her exaggerated surgeries that so far have cost $250,000.

“I am just dying to do more surgery.

“Covid has held me back a bit. I’m working out when I can travel back to Turkey to see my surgeon.”

On her to-do list of procedures are a face lift, rhinoplasty to achieve a ‘tinkerbell’ nose, canthoplasty to give her a cat’s eye appearance and blepharoplasty around her eyes, a central lip lift, a butt lift and new veneers. She would also like to increase her breasts by a further 2 cup sizes from her current size 8 G and change her eye colour.

McConachy, a nurse, said she was not addicted to cosmetic surgery, hadn’t had surgery for two years and was just trying to create the best version of herself.

“I don’t think you should ever be ashamed of something that makes you feel good,” she said.

“By me doing these types of procedures I am not hurting anyone, I am not saying to people that they should go out and get things done to them, I am simply doing something for myself that makes me feel good.

“Everyone has things that make them happy, they go to the gym, or go to the beach, plastic surgery just happens to be my thing.

“I want to be what I consider to be the best version of myself. There are always things that I feel like I can improve about myself and in this day and age if you are able to do something and you have the means to do it, why not.”

McConachy said she was inspired by reality queen turned entrepreneur Kim Kardashian.

“My dream would be to have my own reality show, being me is a unique experience,” she said.

“It is the perception versus reality of me that people would find interesting.

“I look at some of the people on TV and wonder how they got there. TV needs me.”

She is also open to being part of a reality show.

“Married At First Sight, I would do,” she said.

McConachy has already appeared on the US show Botched and Mirror Mirror for Channel 10.

Her bold surgery choices naturally attracts comments – not always positive – online, however she is unbothered by the judgement from others.

“I am like steel,” she said.

“I don’t even look at it and they need to sort their own lives out, not comment on mine.”
