Gary Rohan shares public kiss with new girlfriend Madi Bennett

Gary Rohan has set tongues wagging again, sharing a very public smooch with his new love for the first time since his messy divorce.

Big Cat Gary Rohan has celebrated his 150th AFL game with his girlfriend Madi Bennett and his extended family.

Showing that he and Bennett are very much an entrenched and happy couple, Rohan posted several images on his social media on Monday showing Bennett with him and his wider family at the MCG on Friday after Geelong’s authoritative win over Richmond.

Rohan kissed Bennett in the players’ race and carried his daughters, Sadie and Bella on to the ground with him at the start of the game.

It was a tender and sweet public show of affection between the pair who confirmed their much speculated upon relationship at Easter.

Bennett, a physiotherapist, previously briefly worked for the Geelong Cats.

The couple were rumoured to have become close last year after Rohan’s marriage to Amie Rohan ended.

Rohan split with his wife and mother of his daughters sometime around July 2020.

The pair had gone through unimaginable grief and heartache when they lost Bella’s twin Willow at birth.

The twins were born on April 12, 2018, but Willow — who suffered from a fatal neural tube defect with no cure, known as anencephaly — passed away after just five hours.

The football and wider community rallied around the young parents who bravely shared their heartbreaking loss.

That same community celebrated the safe arrival of Sadie on March 30, 2020.

However, sadly the couple’s marriage did not last and they split a matter of months later.
