Sharnelle Vella might have left Channel 7, but she is clearly not forgotten with the respected journalist, now ABC Melbourne breakfast radio host, being featured in an ad promoting 7News.
The ad appeared in last weekend’s Sunday Herald Sun with Vella in a prominent position in the middle of the advertisement that spruiked “Your news. Our mission. 7News.”
The thing is if you want to get your news from Vella you will need to tune into ABC Melbourne radio, not Seven.
Vella left Seven in November last year to take up the ABC breakfast opportunity with co-host Bob Murphy.
