Former AFLW star Moana Hope has revealed her pregnancy plans

Just weeks after her wife gave birth, former AFLW star Moana Hope has revealed their plans for a growing family.

Moana Hope has told of plans for more children with her wife Isabella Carlstrom, with the former AFLW star hoping to be pregnant next year.

The couple are still in a state of baby bliss after the birth of their adored daughter, Svea Hope Carlstrom last month.

Carlstrom conceived their child via IVF using a sperm donor.

“I am the one who is going to get pregnant next,” Hope, whose AFLW career included stints at Collingwood and North Melbourne, confirmed in a social media chat.

“We are going to start trying mid next year through Monash IVF.

“We are going to have the same donor for all babies, I say all babies because we plan on having three and Belle will do the third.”

The couple are sharing the IVF and pregnancy experience, with Carlstrom to carry two of their planned three children and Hope to go through one pregnancy.

The couple named their daughter Svea as she is a warrior.

“We love the fact that Svea represents something so strong, the mother of Sweden, like a Viking warrior who always has a lion by her side,” Hope said.

“She is strong, she is beautiful and she can do anything.

“And I want her to always know those three things.”
