F1 stars have the formula for love: Here’s the glamour girls that have made it on the grid
Dashing, cashed-up F1 drivers have the formula for revving up passion. Here’s who’s matched up and who’s still looking for love.

The fast life of the stars of Formula One has always been intoxicating.
And just as interesting are the partners of the 20 drivers who make it on to the Grand Prix grid each year.
Who are the glamorous partners of the fastest men in the high octane, high stakes game that is the pinnacle of elite motorsport?
F1 World Champion Max Verstappen is a winner on the track and in the race for love. The Red Bull driver is dating Kelly Piquet. The couple have been together for more than two years. Piquet is the daughter of F1 great Nelson Piquet Sr who was crowned World Champion in 1981, 1983 and 1987. Piquet has a daughter from her previous relationship with Russian Formula One driver Daniil Kvyat.
Red Bull’s Sergio Pérez is married to Carola Martinez with the pair exchanging vows in 2018. They have three children.
Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc is rumoured to be dating Italian Alexandra Saint Mleux. Leclerc broke up with Charlotte Sine, his girlfriend of three years, at the end of 2022.
Carlos Sainz Jr keeps his private life under the radar but it is understood he has been dating PR executive Isabel Hernaez for a number of years. It is a relationship they don’t seem to share with their social media followers. The Ferrari driver has reportedly been with Hernaez since 2017.
Grand Prix great Lewis Hamilton does not appear to be officially dating anyone at the moment, however the racing superstar has squired some of the world’s most captivating women over the years. Hamilton, who drives for Mercedes, dated Pussycat Dolls singer Nicole Scherzinger for seven years and has been linked to Kendall Jenner, Winnie Harlow, Rita Ora, Rihanna and model Viktoria Odintcova. In recent months he has been rumoured to have been close to Juliana Nalu, a Brazilian model who used to date Kanye West, as well as model Camila Kendra.
Suave Brit George Russell, who races for Mercedes alongside Lewis Hamilton, is dating Carmen Montero Mundt. Mundt works for a London-based investment company.
Russell previously dated Seychelle De Vries, the sister of Alpha Turi driver Nyck de Vries.
Alpine’s Pierre Gasly’s girlfriend is model Francisca Cerqueira Gomes. The Portuguese beauty is known as Kika and is the daughter of supercar driver Goncalo Gomes. The pair left little doubt that they were an item when they posted photos together in Dubai on New Year’s Eve.
Another F1 driver/model combination is Esteban Ocon and Elena Berri. Ocon drives alongside
Pierre Gasly at Alpine. Berri is an Italian model and social media influencer.
McLaren’s Lando Norris announced he has split with his girlfriend, Portuguese model Luisinha Oliveira in September last year after he invited another model on a date to McDonald’s. The leaked messages showed Norris describing himself as single and quickly led to him confirming he was no longer with Oliveira. It will be interesting to see who he takes to McDonald’s in Melbourne.
Australia’s new Formula One star Oscar Piastri is dating English student Lily Zneimer.
Zneimer first appeared on the McLaren driver’s Instagram page in February 2022.
Alfa Romeo’s Valtteri Bottas must be feeling at home in Australia. Bottas spent a couple of weeks in December in Australia with his girlfriend Tiffany Cromwell. Cromwell is an Australian road cycling star and was a member of the 2018 Commonwealth Games and 2020 Olympic teams. The couple, who have been dating since 2020, have their own gin, Oath, which draws inspiration “from oats in Valtteri Bottas’ family fields in Finland and the famous Adelaide-grown apples near Tiffany Cromwell’s hometown of Stirling, Australia.” Cromwell won’t be at Albert Park for this year’s Grand Prix as she will be busy cycle racing in Belgium.
Zhou Guanyu, the first Chinese driver to compete in F1, keeps his private life just that – private. It is unknown if the Alfa Romeo driver has a partner.
Fernando Alonso, who this season is driving for Aston Martin, is dating Austrian TV presenter Andrea Schlager with the pair taking their relationship public in May 2022. Alonso was previously married to Spanish pop singer Raquel de Rosario.
Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll was linked last year to stunning Italian model Sara Pagliaroli, who also has her own jewellery brand Blue Lemon. It is unclear if the couple are still together with international reports listing Stroll as currently single. Stroll has a strong Australian connection. His sister Chloe is engaged to Melbourne’s Scotty James – a professional snowboarder, two times Olympic medallist and three times World Champion titleholder. Chloe recently celebrated her bridal shower so standby for the wedding.
Kevin Magnussen, from team Haas, is married to Louise Gjorup and the couple welcomed their daughter Laura in 2021. They wed in 2019 after starting their relationship in 2015.
Crochet may make a fashionable return to Albert Park if Egle Ruskyte, the wife of Haas driver Nico Hülkenberg, makes the trip to Australia for the F1 Grand Prix. Ruskyte owns the label Egle which is known for striking crochet dresses and swimwear. The dresses are certainly not dowdy. She and Hülkenberg have a daughter, Noemi Sky.
Fan favourite Yuki Tsunoda, who drives for AlphaTauri, is thought to be single.
AlphaTauri driver Nyck De Vries is dating social media content creator Eva Bruggenwirth. Both hail from the Netherlands and appear to have been together since mid 2020.
Professional golfer Lily Muni He is the long term partner of Williams driver Alexander Albon. The couple has been dating since 2019. Muni plays on the LPGA Tour and is based in the United States.
Logan Sargeant is a new addition to the F1 grid this year. It is unknown if the American ace has a partner.
He might not be on the grid, rather is a Red Bull reserve driver, but Daniel Ricciardo is still an F1 presence. He is dating Heidi Berger, the actress daughter of former F1 star Gerhard Berger. Ricciardo said in September last year his relationship with Berger was serious.
“I’m in love, I got a good thing going, so yeah. I’ve got a good balance in life right now,” he told KIIS FM. He said in the same interview that he had picked Gerhard’s brain about his F1 experience.
“He still goes to quite a few races, he still has an interest in the sport and he still does some business with it. Any ex-sportsman, anyone who’s been through it – I just love speaking to them and gaining knowledge and insight through their experience, there’s so much wisdom,” he said.
Spice Girl Geri Halliwell is married to Red Bull team principal Christian Horner. Halliwell and Horner wed in England in 2015. They announced their engagement just nine months after going public with their relationship. The couple have a son, Monty. Halliwell has a daughter, Bluebell, from her relationship with Sacha Gervasi and Horner has a daughter Olivia, from his first marriage. Fun fact: Daniel Ricciardo was the driver of Horner and Halliwell’s wedding car, a vintage Rolls Royce, when the couple tied the knot.
Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff shares the spotlight with his wife, former Williams F1 driver Susie Wolff. Wolff, then known as Susie Stoddart, was a test driver for Williams. She is the managing director of the newly launched all-female racing series, F1 Academy.
Oscar winner, Michelle Yeoh, is one of the most famous women in the world at the moment thanks to her recent honour at the Academy Award as Best Actress. She has a Formula 1 link and that is why she is on this list. Yeoh’s long time partner is former Ferrari team principal Jean Todt.
