Channel 10 looks set to snare one of Australia’s most accomplished TV hosts to control the sexy singles looking for love on the high seas in the network’s new lustful dating series.
The Real Love Boat is due to start filming this month and will see sun seeking singles sailing around the Mediterranean on a cruise liner looking for partners to spark with.
Darren McMullen is strongly tipped to be handed the hosting gig for this Bachelor on water matchmaking show.
McMullen is a brilliant host who has previously fronted The Voice and Minute To Win It in Australia and as an actor he has appeared in SeaChange, Doctor Doctor and House Husbands.
McMullen was a contestant on Ten’s The Masked Singer in 2019 and is currently creating headlines on Celebrity Apprentice Australia.
Channel 10 declined to comment when asked if it was correct that McMullen would be hosting The Real Love Boat.
Ten is yet to confirm any participants in the show which is inspired by the ‘70s romantic comedy/drama TV series The Love Boat.
