Faith No More reveal rescheduled dates for Australian tour

Faith No More have rescheduled their Australian tour until 2021.
The US rock band’s Rod Laver Arena show due to take place on May 16 has now moved to March 1 next year.
The band released a statement to fans that explained the move.
“Friends… Due to the spread of the COVID-19 we have no choice but to postpone the FNM concerts we had planned in New Zealand and Australia in May.
“The circumstances that have forced this decision are well beyond our control but not being able to play for you all stings like a MF. We wanted to figure out how to address our upcoming tour down there in terms of rescheduling and postponements but basically…
“We fully intend to make good on our promise to come down and perform for you all. Hold on to your tickets, postponement dates are as follows. If these new dates don’t work, we’ll refund your ticket. Thank you for supporting us and the quest for public safety.”
Existing tickets will be valid at the new show, ticketholders do not need to take any action. Those after refunds have to request them before April 17 from Ticketek.
The other dates are Brisbane Entertainment Centre February 26 (previously May 13), Qudos Bank Arena February 27 (previously May 15), Adelaide Entertainment Centre March 4 (previously May 18) and RAC Arena Perth March (previously May 20).
The band, whose hits include Epic, Easy and From Out of Nowhere, had reformed and Australia was due to be one of the first legs of their world tour.
