Ed Sheeran joins US rapper Snoop Dogg backstage at Melbourne Park with Russell Crowe
Superstar Ed Sheeran has enjoyed a drink in LA rapper Snoop Dogg’s Melbourne Park backstage lair, but he wasn’t the only celeb given a backstage pass.

Ed Sheeran has wrapped his record breaking week in Melbourne by relaxing in rap superstar Snoop Dogg’s smoked out backstage lair at Melbourne Park.
In a video posted on Snoop’s Instagram stories, the LA rapper asks Sheeran to join his record label Death Row.
Snoop said the controversial rap label will take care of “your videos, dressing room, weed and drink.”
The rapper adds: “Come to Death Row, baby.”
Sheeran replies: “I’m in your dressing room … enjoying a drink.”
Snoop take a long drag on a rolled up cigarette … of sorts, then tells Sheeran: “We need that sound, that look.”
Later, Sheeran posted a picture with Snoop on his Instagram account, captioned: “I had a very good time.”
Sheeran wasn’t the only celeb backstage, with actor Russell Crowe making an appearance in the same video.
Crowe can be seen opening a box and laughing along while Sheeran holds a gold chain and Snoop takes a puff.
Sheeran broke Australian concert records with his shows at the MCG last week, where he played to 108,000 people on Thursday, and then 110,000 on Friday.
