Pop superstar Dua Lipa spotted at Melbourne club and restaurant

Pop star Dua Lipa was spotted hitting the dance floor at a popular Prahran club after her last sold-out show in Melbourne.

Disco pop superstar Dua Lipa took the party to Prahran following her Rod Laver Arena show on Saturday night.

The Brit bombshell hit Melbourne’s club of the moment, Electric, with her Future Nostalgia tour crew and dancers following her sold-out show at the tennis centre.

She hit the dance floor in a pink netted dress that featured “Patrick Star” patches over her nipples.

Patrick Star is the fat starfish from SpongeBob SquarePants.

“Fiestaaaa in Melbourne,” she posted on Instagram while posing with a drink on her head.

The singer didn’t shy away from the spotlight.

Lipa dazzled the dance floor in a pink netted dress.

She was happy to pose for photos.

Thanks to an array of hits including Levitating, Cold Heart, Physical and Love Again — Dua Lipa is at the top of the global pop tree; few have had more sustained success than her over the past couple of years.

The pop sensation didn’t stay shut up in her hotel room while in Melbourne, rather she was seen around town, having a bite to eat and happily stopping for pics with polite fans.

She was spotted with fellow singer Troye Sivan at the Hope St Radio wine bar in Collingwood last week.

The pair popped in for some “natural Spanish wine” and fresh focaccia.

Sources told the Herald Sun that customers opted to not take photos of the pair as “everyone was trying to be chill” in hope the pair would have a “nice time”.

But some lucky fans snapped selfies with Lipa in the restaurant’s courtyard.

Fans were excited to see her around the city.

Lipa was described as “super warm” and “kind”.

It’s understood the pair also visited Carlton Wine Room with Sivan’s family.

Sivan currently lives in a $3m renovated pad in Carlton.

It comes as Lipa returned to Melbourne to perform her Future Nostalgia tour at Rod Laver Arena on Friday and Saturday.

Lipa has clocked up 9.7 billion streams, with her music continuing to dominate TikTok trends.

Her tour has played at 85 arenas across the globe.

The final show of Lipa’s Australian tour is in Perth on Wednesday.
