The Brownless clan is joining forces with supermodel Rachel Hunter for a wellness retreat.
Nicky, Lucy and Ruby are hosting a Bless Retreat in Byron Bay with Hunter and her daughter Renee Stewart, whose father is singing legend Rod Stewart.
“We first connected with Rach and Renee when we went to New Zealand last year for a retreat and then mum and I went to India last May with Rach and Renee which was an incredible experience,’’ Lucy said.
“The theme for the retreat is focused around self love and taking time to focus on yourself and filling your own cup. Ruby, mum and I have been on lots of retreats all over the world, and we want to share that back here in Byron Bay. It’s so important for self growth to nurture yourself, and what better place than the Sun Ranch with our friends Rach and Renee.”
The Brownless’ started their wellness brand Bless last year.
The retreat, from February 4-7, will feature daily yoga and meditation and breath work sessions led by Rachel and Renee, Ayurvedic wellness rituals, farm-to-table meals, astrology workshops, movie nights, poolside relaxation, tea and cacao ceremonies.
“It is going to be a truly beautiful and nourishing experience,’’ Lucy said.
“Come as you are: we welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You can go at your own pace, all movement classes are optional.”
