Carrie Bickmore says life with three children is chaotic, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
The Project host had her first night out since giving birth to daughter Adelaide in December at the Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival’s opening night on Monday.
“It’s chaos. I’ll be honest I think I thought, the third I know what I’m doing, it can’t be that hard. It is so hard,’’ she said.
“I posted on my Instagram the other day, we got to the two month mark and I was like ‘wow, I don’t know where those eight weeks went. I think we’ve turned the corner now.’
“I’m really enjoying being at home and sitting around and playing with them and doing school pick up.”
Bickmore has resumed some radio work but is unsure when she will return to television.
“I started doing the radio this week but that’s from home. First week back on air and we’ve had gastro and nits and colds.
“Because The Project is on at the time I’ve got to put three kids to bed, I’m not sure. I’m not putting pressure on myself.”
